About the Role We’re looking for strong English speakers who are ready to build their career in customer service within a fast-paced U.S. operation. You’ll manage customer interactions across phone, email, and text — turning requests into clear, actionable solutions.

- Monday to Friday
- 8:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- 1-hour lunch + 30 minutes of breaks
On-site in El Poblado, Medellín
