Opportunity Description

Pay Rate: $31-35 an hour

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Duration: Long term temporary to possible temp-to-perm opportunity

Work Mode: Onsite, 5 days a week, daylight position (1st shift)

Summary:


  • Manage customer orders in the SAP system to ensure timely and problem-free delivery.

  • Maintain customer messages and contact information in Customer Master Data records.

  • Coordinate shipping and delivery between customers and plants.

  • Review special pricing requests for consistency and proper approvals.

  • Investigate and resolve customer deductions.

  • Report inventory shortages or issues to the Regional Supply Chain Manager and Inventory Planner.

  • Register customer complaints in the April Star database and provide corrective actions.
