Job Summary
This job is full time and will require you work one weekend day. Shift is Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday from 2pm-10pm, Friday 3pm-11pm, & Saturday 12p-8pm. Sunday and Monday you will be off.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet members, prospective members and guests by providing exceptional customer service
- Handle all front desk related activities not limited to:
- Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
- Check ID and Member barcodes into the system
- New member sign-up
- Take prospective members on a tour of the club
- Facilitate needed updates to member’s accounts
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Club Manager as needed
