Customer Service Representative / TSR / CSR

Tejarat Hub Pvt Ltd is looking for Female Telesales Representatives (Call center agents) for its Head office in Islamabad. The Applicant will be responsible for closing sales deals and maintaining good customer relationships.

• Only good communication skill is required.
• Language: Urdu, English
• Morning shift 9:30 to 6:00
• Location: PWD Islamabad

Responsibilities:

• Cold call on the data that is provided.
• Schedule meetings with clients.
• Time to time follow-ups with the clients.
• Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product.
• Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
