Tuas - Company Transport Provided at Jurong East & Boon Lay MRT

• Coordinate order processing and delivery schedules
• Maintain records and follow up on invoices with discrepancies
• Prepare and issue credit notes
• Submit invoices via customer portals
• Update customer pricing within the system
• Provide general administrative and customer support
• Carry out other ad hoc tasks as assigned

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in a customer service role or environment is an advantage
• Experience in Microsoft / ERP / AutoCount Accounting Software is an advantage
