As Customer Service Specialist at our site in Castellón, you will deliver industry‑leading customer service, managing the order fulfillment process, handling customer complaints, and overseeing invoicing and credit/debit notes. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer‑related issues beyond daily transactions, enabling effective problem‑solving and fostering customer intimacy.
