Opportunity Description

Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels. Assist the Customers/Clients based in the USA to prepare the custom Tax Summary Report and share with our client and state tax authority Provide clear, accurate, and detailed information about products and services to customers. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring a positive customer experience. Document and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions within the companys CRM system. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide feedback for service improvement. Collaborate with other team members to develop procedures to capture workflow processes for identified responsibilities. Excel expertise would be required and should have use of Macros.
