JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication in order to identify their needs and provide solutions
• Provide accurate and complete information to customers by using and referring to the methods, tools, and resources on hand
• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in the moment to de-escalate customer issues and resolve complaints
• Effectively utilize system tools to follow through on commitments to customers regarding updates, communication, information, etc.
