• Minimum 6 months of International Voice BPO experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries over calls
• Provide resolutions with excellent customer service
• Maintain professional communication with customers
• Ensure customer satisfaction and process compliance

Shift Details:
• 5.5 Days Working
