Opportunity Description

1. Handling of customers' enquires

2. Studying drawings, do necessary calculation and make suitable recommendation of product models to customers

3. Ensuring customers receive their orders on time

4. Supporting the sales team in other administrative tasks, encourage to assist sales manager to business development and make new inquires happens

5. Helping to arrange suitable working schedules for company technological staffs, design workable working routines, make sure daily operations are well arranged.

Job requirement

1. Diploma in marketing, administrative, management and mechanical engineering

2. Good communication skills and mathematical sense

3. Strong sence of urgency

4. Can be able to write and talk in English and Mandarian

5. Willing and able to handle team work

6. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Working hours

6 days a week, from 9am to 6pm/ 12pm to 9pm
