Customer Service Support – CRM Experience Required | Up to £35,000
Location: Office-based

The Role:

  • Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Processing and managing orders efficiently
  • Building strong product knowledge and becoming an expert in the company’s offering
  • Supporting the sales team and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Assisting with general office management duties
  • Ensuring a high level of organisation across daily tasks
  • Managing and updating customer data within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Some sales experience would be beneficial
