Customer Solution Engineer

About The Role

We are looking for a Customer Solutions Engineer who will work closely with customers, engineering, and sales teams . This role combines solution design, hands‑on technical support, and active participation in product development. You will help customers successfully adopt and operate our solutions while continuously feeding customer insights back into engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Part of the engineering team as a power user of the Tatum platform
• Communicate with customer, helping them to find and deploy solution using Tatum platform
• Helping customers to solve their issues using modern support practices
• Participate on sales prospect calls as a technical partner
• Building prototype applications on Tatum platform
