Customer Solution Engineer - Product

We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic and enthusiastic for a Customer Solution Engineer - Product provides technical expertise on the optimal KONE product for the customer. The position will be based in Casablanca.

He/she should understands how customer needs are translated into product-specific requirements and is accountable for coordination of all engineering work until the project is handed over to maintenance and will provides technical expertise support to the front line CSE team, field operation and sales team in Delivery process to handle order management and successfully implement KONE products and service solutions, that meet customer’s contract specification by cost and leads time effective way, while ensuring compliance to codes and standards.
