Your Contribution: Drive Growth in the French Market

As a Customer Success and Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in maintaining a key relationship with our most important clients.

• Manage and nurture Fleet’s customer portfolio in the French market.
• Support customers in mastering Fleet’s solution by highlighting features tailored to their needs and responding promptly to requests.
• Collaborate with customers to implement account plans anticipating their future requirements.
• Internally monitor, optimize, and improve customer KPIs to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Lead cross‑functional projects involving Operations, Sales, Product, and Finance teams.
• Assist in implementing tools and automation to accelerate and streamline operational tasks.
