Customer Success Manager
Location and Work Model: This role is performed on site at BigGeo's Calgary office. In-person collaboration is a core part of how we build, and proximity to the product, engineering, and go-to-market teams is essential to the success of this role.
Reports To: Head of Customer Success (or equivalent GTM leadership, as assigned)
Role Overview: BigGeo is hiring a Customer Success Manager to help organizations successfully adopt and operationalize the Spatial Cloud. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that sits at the intersection of product, data, and go-to-market, and shapes how enterprise customers move from early experimentation with spatial data to sustained platform adoption.
