Opportunity Description
- Manage and grow client relationships, including C-level stakeholders
- Act as primary client liaison, ensuring smooth campaign delivery and service value
- Lead client meetings (virtual/in-person) to drive engagement and uncover opportunities
- Provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations
Qualifications:
- 2+ yrs client management (mid-size to enterprise)
- Proven track record in onboarding, retention & upselling
- Skilled in complex client environments & C-level engagement
- Excellent communication & storytelling skills
- CRM & reporting tools proficiency
- Collaborative, problem-solving mindset
