Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
(Preferred) Master’s degree or relevant certifications in Customer Relationship Management, Account Management, or Project Management
Experience
At least 3–5 years of experience in customer success, account management, client services, or sales
Proven experience in managing client accounts, driving customer retention and satisfaction, and upselling or cross-selling solutions
(Advantage) Experience in SaaS, B2B services, or tech-related industries
