ibex. Pakistan is looking for a Customer Success Specialist for the Voice Program within the Operations department. The role involves assisting U.S.-based client customers with their queries/concerns and providing accurate resolutions via calls.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer experience measured by performance objectives and core values of the client.
- Convey interest in each customer with courtesy, attention, and a friendly, caring image.
- Provide alternatives to products/items not available on the e-commerce website.
- Follow standard processes and procedures when providing resolutions.
- Stay up to date with system information, process changes, and future updates.
Qualifications
- O Levels/Matric or above.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- American or neutral accent.
