Customer Success Supervisor, UM
Acquire Asia Pacific Philippines Inc. (Acquire BPO) is hiring a Customer Success Supervisor for the RingCentral account. The role leads a team of Customer Success Managers to deliver value to RingCentral’s customers by applying best practices in change management, driving adoption, and ensuring successful outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Manage a group of Customer Success Managers and drive value for RingCentral’s customers through expert change‑management practices.
- Partner with internal teams—including Renewals, Sales, Expansion, and Research & Engineering—to align renewal and upsell strategies with a focus on retention.
- Recruit, mentor, and inspire a world‑class team: set expectations, give feedback, conduct interviews, and foster a customer‑first culture.
