Position Overview
We are seeking a Customer Success Team Manager (Retention) to lead and coach a hybrid team of Customer Success Specialists within the RingCentral account at Acquire Asia Pacific Philippines Inc.
Responsibilities
- Lead & coach the team to exceed goals and expectations.
- Drive retention by overseeing all account management and retention activities in a high‑volume, high‑transaction environment.
- Identify and implement process improvements, train staff, and develop creative retention strategies.
- Act as the customer advocate by building strong relationships, handling escalations, and providing feedback to other departments.
- Manage performance: set example, delegate effectively, and solve problems to drive results.

- Proven leadership: 3+ years of experience directly managing a hybrid customer service or retention team in a fast‑paced environment.
