Monday - Friday: 8AM - 5.30PM
A technology-driven engineering company delivering intelligent automation, instrumentation, and digital solutions for industrial and water infrastructure systems.
Key Responsibilities- Provide sales and customer support including handling enquiries, preparing quotations, and processing orders
- Coordinate order fulfillment and monitor delivery timelines with logistics partners
- Maintain accurate documentation for orders, inventory, and technical records
- Support procurement activities including sourcing and supplier coordination
- Assist in project coordination between sales and technical teams
- Manage returns and resolve product-related issues
- Act as a liaison across departments to ensure smooth operations
- Higher Nitec or Diploma in Engineering, Science, IT, or related fields
