Customer Support Engineer

Overview

Malvern Panalytical is a leading provider of laboratory and process measurement technology, serving customers in academia and high tech industries. This role is based in Volketswil, Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain and repair analytical systems.
• Execute support group procedures and service orders promptly.
• Provide on‑site customer support and problem diagnosis.
• Conduct necessary system training for customers.
• Manage tools, stock and documentation.
• Travel as needed within Switzerland and occasionally internationally.

Qualifications and Skills

• BSc in Electronics, Chemistry, Physics, Mechatronics or a comparable discipline.
• Customer‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French and German is required.
