Join Code Ninety as Customer Support Executive (Female) in our modern Islamabad office. Full-time customer support executive (female) position with PKR 75,000 monthly salary plus performance bonuses for customer service executive roles in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries using Zendesk ticketing system and Freshdesk CRM, manage inbound calls through cloud-based call center software, resolve technical support issues via live chat platforms, process customer complaints using case management tools, maintain service level agreements (SLA) with 95% first-call resolution targets, and provide product support for enterprise software clients.
