Customer Support Executive

• 1 Year contract (Renewable depending on performance)
• International Plaza
• Monday to Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm)
• Saturday (8.30am - 12.30pm)
• Up to $2,000 + VB

• Handling counter duties like answering calls/assisting trainees on their request etc
• Create & processing Student Registrations in TMS
• Administrative, operations and logistic support for all classroom trainings
• Enrolling trainees on online portal / external vendors
• Proctoring of online and paper exams
• Any other operational & administrative support needed for the classroom delivery.
