Customer Support Representative

Location: Cebu IT Park (Onsite, Nightshift/Shifting)

Start Date: ASAP

Who We’re Looking For: No experience or fresh graduates welcome — enthusiastic individuals with a passion for troubleshooting, support, technology, and sales.

Qualifications:

• At least 2nd year College Level or Graduate of any 2-year course (for no experience applicants)
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• At least 6 months sales/customer service experience is an advantage
• Open to Senior High School and Old Curriculum High School graduates
• Knowledge in Website Development, Webhosting, and WordPress is an advantage
• Familiarity with Content Management Systems is an advantage
• Basic email knowledge and troubleshooting skills are an advantage
• Excellent English communication skills
