Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the complete Customer-to-Cash (C2C) process, including order management, billing, credit, collections, dispute resolution, and cash application.
• Lead global C2C operations, ensuring process consistency, operational efficiency, and compliance across all regions.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders—Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, Shared Services, and regional teams to align processes and resolve complex business issues.
• Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization efforts to enhance cash flow, shorten cycle times, and improve customer satisfaction.
