FedEx Trade Networks Canada is hiring a Customs Release Associate in St. Bernard de Lacolle, Quebec. This full-time role involves processing customs entries and delivering exceptional customer service.
As a Customs Release Associate, you will be responsible for gathering documentation, assessing entries for clearance, and ensuring transaction compliance. Your role will involve monitoring shipments and responding to customer inquiries effectively while providing a streamlined release process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Gather documents and process entries for clearance
• Monitor transactions for acceptance and rejections
• Record data in the broker system for CBSA
• Respond to customer queries professionally
• Distribute faxed and photocopied documents accurately
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required
• At least 1 year of Customs Brokerage experience
• Strong communication and organization skills
