Customs & Trade Compliance Specialist
Location: Senai, Johor.
Summary
This position has responsibility for performing all country of origin and preferential free trade agreements evaluation and maintaining compliance data in SAP GTS. Duties also include but are not limited to, preparing Customs binding rulings, identifying and recommending new global trade processes and procedures, and understanding global trade system interfaces and capabilities. The role involves assigning HTS Classifications and Schedule B codes to relevant company items and supporting the Customs & Trade Compliance Specialist in the evaluation for Free Trade Agreements, as well as country of origin determination. Additional duties include maintaining Hershey’s Global Trade System and other databases to comply with Global Trade Compliance regulations, providing updated FTA Certificates to Customs Brokers, and supporting other Import Services Administrator personnel in special projec...
