Opportunity Description
We are seeking aCX Engineerto support clients in connecting their systems to digital platforms. This role focuses onunderstanding client requirements and facilitating integrationswith IVR systems, National ID services, and government e-services (eGov platforms) to ensure secure, reliable, and seamless interactions.
This position is ideal for someone with practical experience in IVR or system integrations, with abasic technical understanding of APIs and workflows, but advanced coding or full-stack development isnot required. The CX Engineer will work closely with clients, product, and engineering teams to translate business needs into technical configurations and integration plans.
