Opportunity Description
We are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager to lead and execute an enterprise cybersecurity program across IT and Operational Technology (OT) environments. This role is responsible for cybersecurity strategy, governance, incident management, and team leadership while partnering closely with manufacturing and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
+ Lead cybersecurity projects, initiatives, and regional standardization efforts.
+ Provide governance and oversight aligned to frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and TISAX.
+ Own cybersecurity budget planning and investment decisions.
+ Oversee incident detection and response, vulnerability management, and penetration testing.
+ Manage cybersecurity tools, monitoring, and threat protection.
+ Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
