• Email Marketing (Flows, Campaigns & Overall Performance Metrics)
• WhatsApp Marketing & Automation
• Repeat Purchase & Customer Retention Strategy
• Subscription & Habit-Building Journeys
• CRM Team Management (Callers, Support Coordination, etc.)
• Live Chat & Customer Communication Experience
• Customer Lifecycle Management & Engagement
