D365-Commerce Functional Consultant

This senior role drives the configuration, integration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 Commerce (e-Commerce, POS, call center, and omnichannel) alongside F&O Finance and Supply Chain modules. It ensures seamless B2B/B2C experiences compliant with US sales tax and Indian GST/e-invoicing rules for multi-entity setups spanning USA and India operations. Key Responsibilities Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and process design for Commerce scenarios including storefronts, POS, order management, payments, pricing, promotions, and returns across online/in-store channels. Configure D365 Commerce modules: site builder, product catalogs, assortments, channels, loyalty programs, and B2B hierarchies, integrated with F&O inventory, procurement, and finance.
