Position - D365 CRM Architect ( AWS Connect, K2/Nintex workflow automation, and SharePoint )

We are looking for a skilled D365 CRM Architect with expertise in AWS Connect, K2/Nintex workflow automation, and SharePoint. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable and efficient solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Roles and Responsibility

• Design and implement scalable and efficient solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Develop and maintain workflows using K2/Nintex to automate business processes.
• Integrate AWS Connect with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for seamless data exchange.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on best practices for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
