Data Analyst (Digital Transformation) | Permanent
- The incumbent will support the division in the implementation of Digital Transformation projects to improve service and cost efficiency in the following:
- Analyze and evaluate operation needs and user requirements across Business Units and departments; partner with stakeholders to define data requirements and collect the relevant data.
- Manage project planning, solution and ensure the right implementation of IT solutions to meet the operational requirements. Perform statistical analysis, data mining and pattern recognition to uncover trends, correlations, insights and create clear visualizations.
- Project development to improve operational productivity & efficiency by adopting digital transformation tools.
