What does the LOB do?
Enterprise Programs delivers large-scale, complex, multi-LOB initiatives across the bank with high visibility to senior leadership. The Enterprise Client Relationship Management Center of Excellence (ECRM COE) specifically owns the BAU management of CIBC’s Salesforce CRM platform, including governance, optimization, and enterprise-wide license management.
