Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will play a key role in enabling data‑driven decision making across quality and manufacturing operations. The role focuses on data exploration, statistical analysis, dashboarding and building analytical models that support predictive failure analysis and continuous improvement. The Data Analyst is strong in analytics first, with the ability to work with structured and unstructured datasets from multiple factory systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate discovery sessions with business users to understand processes, data needs and problem statements. Document data and process flow
• Collect, clean and analyze large datasets from production large system such as RMA, testing, SPC, MES etc.
• Perform statistical analysis, trend studies and correlation assessments to identify patterns and root causes.
• Build analytical and predictive models (e.g., anomaly detection, failure pattern identification).
