We’re seeking a Data Analyst to join a healthcare company and help drive improved patient outcomes through data-driven insights. In this role, you will analyze clinical and operational data to identify trends, support quality improvement initiatives, and enhance overall care delivery.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Develop and maintain reports and interactive dashboards

+ Analyze patient, quality, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvements

Qualifications:

+ Experience working with healthcare data in a hospital or clinical environment

+ Strong skills in reporting and dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)

+ Proficiency in SQL and/or Excel for data analysis

+ Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
