We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data and Reporting Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing data, generating reports, and providing insights to support decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis: Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to collections, recoveries, and debt purchase activities. Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable insights.

Reporting: Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports. Create new Tableau reports to monitor collections performance.
