Data and Research Analyst

As a Data and Research Analyst, you will lead monitoring and evaluation, manage data systems, and translate insights into meaningful reporting and learning across programmes. You’ll play a key role in strengthening data visibility, supporting evidence-based decisions, and building sustainable data practices.

If you have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Data Science, Statistics or a related field

• 3–5 years’ experience in data analysis, M&E frameworks, and managing programme datasets

• Experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, SP...
