The Opportunity
This is a key technical role within a major enterprise transformation program replacing a large-scale legacy HR and payroll environment with a modern SAP SuccessFactors-based platform. You’ll take ownership of the organisation’s data architecture strategy across migration, integration, governance, and enterprise data design. This is not a passive “keep the lights on” architecture role - the expectation is that you can lead complex migration and integration activity, influence technical direction, and solve large-scale enterprise data challenges in a highly visible program environment.
