Data Center Engineer

Job Description

The Data Center Tech's primary role is to plan and implement infrastructure, software, and services through project work for moderate complexity level requests. This role also acts as the final escalation point for the day-to-day operational support for server, storage or network infrastructures and monitoring requests.

 

Essential Duties

• Builds, tests, and deploys infrastructure, software and platforms meeting clients' needs and specifications.


• Leads in planning and implementing changes to infrastructure with the goal of adding functionality and/or enhancing performance.


• Creates customized plans for and performs storage and server data backup, data migration and disaster recovery operations.
