Key Responsibilities:

• Server monitoring — Poll all in-scope servers at pre-defined intervals per service baselines, tracking:

i) Server availability

ii)File system / partition utilisation

iii)Memory and processor utilisation

• Service monitoring : Monitor critical OS, database, and middleware services; log valid alerts as tickets in the helpdesk tool
• Storage monitoring : Monitor SAN/NAS devices for availability per the agreed service window
• Network monitoring : Monitor critical network parameters using available tools, covering:
