About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Data Center Technician for freelance/contract work in Monterrey, Mexico . This is an on-site position supporting mission-critical infrastructure at premier data center facilities.
Compensation
$147-210/hr (MXN hourly)
Rates vary based on experience level and project complexity. Emergency and after-hours work may qualify for premium rates.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations
- Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic)
- Conduct server racking, stacking, and labeling
- Perform cross-connects and patch panel work
- Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues
