Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents, including onsite support and temporary workarounds.

Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and update the Project Manager.

Perform system maintenance, including OS updates, patches, and configuration changes.

Manage user accounts, access controls, and system configurations.

Implement service requests and change requests.

Liaise with vendors/OEMs for technical support.

Requirements:

Min Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.

Min 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure or system operations.

Microsoft or ITIL certification is an advantage.
