We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist / Data Operations Specialist to support accurate data management, validation, and reporting across multiple internal systems. This role goes beyond basic data entry and focuses on data quality, consistency, and process adherence. The ideal candidate has prior data or administrative experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple data streams.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high‑quality data that supports operational, reporting, and decision‑making needs. You will regularly review data for accuracy, identify trends or recurring issues, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
