- Strong product management experience with analytics and data products, including roadmap ownership, prioritization, and translating business needs into clear dataset and dashboard requirements

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and program execution skills with ability to drive adoption, ensure data quality, and enable self-serve analytics across teams
