About the Company
The Cloud DCOps Team Lead will join the Radware Cloud Division to establish and lead a newly formed DCOps team responsible for building, operating, and scaling Radware's global cloud and data center infrastructure. This is a leadership role combining hands-on technical expertise with team formation, process creation, and operational ownership. The Team Lead will define operating models, build foundational processes, and recruit and mentor the DCOps team, ensuring platform stability, high availability, and long-term scalability.
