Day 2 Ops Tech Lead - OpenShift Platform & AI

IBM is seeking a Day 2 Operations Tech Lead for its Consulting ASEAN team in Singapore. This role involves managing operations and enhancing the performance of AI platforms deployed within a government data centre. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for service delivery, SLA commitments, and operational health.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly with Red Hat OpenShift, alongside an Associate's Degree or equivalent. Candidates must also be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.
