Opportunity Description
Program Leadership
- Lead the development and implementation of camp activities, coordinating the schedule
- Provide direct leadership of daily camp operations and assist with various camp activities including Bible lessons, arts & crafts, music, sports and games
- Oversee engagement of volunteers and their activities
- Observe camper behavior, assess its appropriateness, and address issues where possible
- Chaperone children on field trips
- Encourage respect for personal property, camp equipment, and facilities
- Ensure the health and safety of all children
- Create and implement a 6‑week Day Camp program for children aged 5‑11; overseeing day‑to‑day operations of the camp
- Works with the Damp Camp Workers in planning and implementing camp
- Responsible for daily camp logistics
