Job Title: DC Lab Architect
Location: San Jose, CA
- This role acts as a strategic "data center investment advisor / technical diligence expert” rather than a traditional IT architect.
- End-to-end evaluation across: Power availability (grid readiness, scalability) / Cooling infrastructure (including liquid cooling viability) / Land feasibility & permitting / Construction timelines & regulatory approvals / other proposal evaluation criteria and factors
- DC build up from scratch.
- Ability to differentiate between viable vs. speculative proposals
- Strong stakeholder engagement with developers, promoters, and ecosystem players
